Drums Store:
The integrated system is the union of several teams that are also presented separately but which, taken together, achieve the highest degree of efficiency and profitability. The processes involved are the management of empty drums, the filling process, the palletizing and moving loads completed. Des Customer optics are the product technical variables and logistic variables that determine both the choice of equipment and the degree of automation required. We have applied a systematic analysis that allows subjects to extrapolate actual costs non-automated processes to compare with estimated costs per unit of a drum in the case of making the entire investment in the Integrated. The entire platform is based on an elaborate management software that allows a single operator to manage the whole plant, always attended by the operator of the store with his trolley.

Capacity: Containers of 200 litres.
Description: Empty drums store with capacity for 1944 drums.
Ability to store plastic or metallic drums.
Adaptable to the different availability of space.
Strict respect FIFO for sequence of load and unload.
Elimination of possible damages because of manipulation.
The containers load and unload sequences are totally automatic. It’s not necessary the operator presence.
Drastic reduction of labour cost in container manipulation.
